III. THE ORDER OF BOOKING, REGISTRATION OF STAY AND PAYMENT OF HOTEL SERVICES Payment for accommodation and services provided by the hotel is carried out at prices approved by the General Director of the hotel. Payment for accommodation and additional services is made in Russian rubles. Children under 2 years old without an extra bed stay at the hotel for free. With a guaranteed room reservation, the hotel takes an advance payment in the amount of the cost of accommodation for the entire period of stay at the hotel or the cost of one night's stay, followed by payment upon arrival of the remaining amount for the entire period of stay. The reservation is valid until the check-out time of the day following the day of the scheduled arrival.In case of late cancellation, late arrival or no-show, the guest will be charged a fee in the amount of the first night of stay. In case of non-guaranteed booking, no prepayment is charged from the guest, the reservation remains valid until 18:00 on the day of arrival, after which it can be canceled at the discretion of the hotel. If the guest is late for more than a day, the guaranteed reservation is canceled, the prepayment for the first day of stay is non-refundable. Upon arrival, the Guest provides an identity document (passport) and pays for the entire period of stay at the Hotel. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to provide services to guests who have not presented an identity card.
